What is the difference between the two online training programs?
The biggest (and only) difference between the two online training programs is whether you train 1-on-1 with a coach or not. If you check any of these boxes, we recommend you choose the 1-on-1 training: – Feel lost in your workouts – Need motivation and someone instructing you during workouts – Haven’t worked out in some time and feel rusty – Need extra accountability to make sure workouts get done and are efficient If you check any of these boxes, we recommend you do without the 1-on-1 training: – Have been working out regularly and feel confident exercising – Are motivated to workout, but feel like you aren’t seeing results – Are good when you have a plan to follow, but don’t necessarily need a “trainer”
Virtual training can be fun to build extra connection and change up your workouts a bit; ultimately you know yourself best and what you’re coming to us for.
Does virtual training include any nutrition plans?
Currently our virtual programming does not include nutrition plans, although it does include 1 30 minute coaching call, in which nutrition can be discussed. If you are interested in training virtually with us and tacking on nutrition plans, this would be our 12 Week Online Transformation Program with a 1-on-1 Coach.
Do you only train online?
Most of our sessions are currently online due to the pandemic, but training in person is a possibility on selected and specific dates with limited space. We are currently offering smaller packages to train in person with Coach Lee, only. Our gym is located in the Flat Iron district of Manhattan, New York.
How do I train virtually, receive workouts, etc.?
For virtual sessions and coaching calls, we will send you zoom links that are “recurring meetings.” If you are a 12 Week Online Transformation Program client, we will also invite you to join our app via email; this is where you will find your workouts as well as upload before/after pictures, and plug in your weight and body measurements to be able to track your progress. You will also receive access to your meal plans and be able to ask questions through the app.
What equipment do I need for virtual training?
We recommend having 3 sets of dumbbells (light, medium, heavy), a set of booty bands, and a yoga mat. We can provide you with links to our favorite choices. If you don’t have or aren’t able to get equipment, we offer creative solutions by designing workouts using things you can find around the house (books, backpack, food cans, etc.).
